Popular Entebbe based hang-out, Spennah beach was allegedly closed early this week to allow for the expansion of Protea-Mariot Hotel which stands west of the beach.

Spennah boss Asiimwe, has today spoken out on the closure and revealed the way forward for the beach saying that it came as a surprise to them also and that they are on the look out for a new location.

“The management is currently looking for another location where the beach will be situated. We were also shocked when they told us to relocate with in a short time. We shall communicate new venue to the public soon,” he said.
