Exotic dancing in bars around Ntinda, Natete, Kabalagala and Bwaise has become a common practice in Kampala thanks to babes around the city who are water logged and are willing to do anything for revelers to make a shilling or two each night.

To this end, the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament has agreed with members to crack the whip on all bars involved in this act that contravenes the Penal code of Uganda.

“I would like to see this Kimasulo thing put to an end. I have instructed the DPCs in these areas of Bwaise, Nateete and Ntinda to make sure they do spot checks and close down all bars that are practicing Ekimansulo. I will write to the DPCs myself to make sure this is brought under control,” Hon. Kadaga said.

The speaker was shocked to learn that such vices still exist in Uganda.

We will keep you posted.
