Legendary South African singer PJ Powers is already in town!
The “Jabulani” hitmaker arrived in Uganda on Saturday evening ahead of her charity concert, even when her mother just passed away, proving her commitment to the cause.
“If my mother left me with one legacy, it was the legacy to never let people down. Therefore, I will be there to sing a song in her honor and party together with you.” She said.
She will headline a charity concert being organised by Girl Up Initiative Uganda, a community development organisation that empowers young girls to thrive in their communities. It will be held on Friday, June 30 at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Tickets are 100K for regular, 300K for VIP and 5 million for a VIP table.
