Ugandan artiste, Fille Mutoni, recently shared her music journey and revealed that there are times when she felt like quitting the music industry. The singer who is managed by her boyfriend, MC Kats, revealed that at one point she felt that music was not a thing for her and wanted to quit.
“Yes, there are times when I have felt like quitting the music industry,” she said. “This is because my first song immediately became a hit and I didn’t take time to think about my future into the industry, I just dived in.”
“This is the point when challenges came in and hit me, I almost drowned in the music industry,” she adds. “I almost thought of giving up and I was going to leave music.”
Luckily for the singer who recently introduced her lover to her parents, she didn’t give up. Somehow she found encouragement and moved on.
“Now I have adjusted and I know there is no better thing for me than music. That is why I will fight on no matter what,” Fille said.
It is at this point that Fille thanked her manager and revealed that only Mc Kats has kept her moving on and she is eternally grateful to him.
“What has kept me moving is prayer and of course my manager. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by a situation and he tells me it is normal. Kats always tells me how I should brace myself for something worse or better,” she concluded.
