Socialite Judith Heard has started off the New Year in high gear. The socialite whose past year was marred by several controversies has decided to put that all behind her and start 2015 on a clean slate.

Judith Heard, who is of Rwandan decent, has now focused her energies to helping the youth in her home country. The socialite has apparently signed a deal with Rwandan youth minister Hon. Jean Philbert Nsengimana to work on undisclosed ICT projects with the youth in Rwanda.
