Popular Kenyan socialite Huddah has been silent for a while but she is back with some advice for women as the new year sets in. Huddah has a habit of schooling her social media followers on matters concerning sexuality and relationships even though she is currently single.
This time, she took to her social media to share some sexual health lessons with her online female followers. Her advice was specifically meant for ladies who are sexually active. Huddah advices ladies to visit their gynecologists frequently this year, not only when they have issues with their vagina’s but also for frequent check ups of their breasts and vagina’s.
In her post, she also mentions that one of her resolutions this year’s is to make frequent visits to her gyna because the vagina is the most important part of a woman’s body and it needs to be taken good care of. It don’t mean you are sick when you go get your Vagina checked.
As a woman it’s important to visit your Gynae regularly especially if your are sexually active .

Pap smears-( The test isn’t intended to detect cancerous cells, or cervical cells that have the potential to cause cancer. If these cells are found it lets you receive treatment to reduce the likelihood of you developing cervical cancer)
VAGINAL swabs/ PELVIC examinations-(During a pelvic examination Gynae examines your vulva, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries.)
