The Shongas are off to Dubai on holiday.
We have learnt that city businessman and socialite Herbert Shonga, together with his wife, Dorothy have flown out of the country to enjoy quality time together over the long Easter weekend.
The couple was spotted by our snoops at Entebbe airport on Tuesday evening.
According to our sources close to the couple, Herbert and his wife are expected to spend three days in Dubai on pleasure before heading on to Sweden and later China for business.
