The Uganda Social Media Awards, which will honor the best of social media; recognizing the people and organizations producing real-time short form content across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Snap-chat and the rest of the social Web, have been pushed to the end of this month.
The awards which were slated for 10th March will now take place on 30th March. “The 3rd Annual Social Media Awards – SMA ceremony will take place at the Kampala Serena Hotel on Wednesday 30th March 2016,” read part of the statement released by organisers.
This year the Awards feature speakers from around the world discussing digital trends for 2016. Come prepared to “Share Knowledge and learn from others”.
