Smile Communications Launches “Win an iPad” Promotion

Just like in March this year, Smile Communications Uganda has again launched a promotion that will see lucky customers walk away with exciting rewards.

The promotion dabbed ‘Win an iPad’ scheduled to run from 1st November to 19th December 2014 will see customers who purchase Smile devices like MiFis and WiFi routers walk away with prizes that include Apple Air iPads and Apple Mini iPads.

Speaking during the launch of the promotion, Jacob Okoth, Head of Sales and Marketing at Smile Communications explained, “We recognize that without our valuable customers, we would have very little to celebrate as a company. Our customers are key to the success of our company and we shall not relent in showing our appreciation for their loyalty.”

During the duration of the promotion, a total of seven Apple iPads Air and seven Apple Mini iPads will be given away with one iPad Air or an iPad Mini being given away every week.

Jacob Okoth further clarified that the draws to select the winners will be held every Friday at selected Smile Retail outlets where the winning customers will be selected by raffle and contacted by Smile Communications’ customer care team.

Smile launched Uganda’s first true 4G LTE network in Kampala in June 2013 – revolutionising the way people access the internet.

Since then,Smile has set a trend built on speed, network quality, simplicity and innovation that sets it apart from all other service providers regionally and globally.

The Smile 4G LTE network delivers the fastest internet in Kampala, Entebbe and Mukono and additional coverage is being rolled-out across Uganda in a phased approach over the next five years.

Smile’s vision is to be the broadband provider of choice in Uganda, enabling its customers to benefit fully from the internet.
