City tycoon SK Mbuga’s troubles, are far from over as his case with Leila Kayondo is still on.
Mbuga who was allowed a non-cash bail of 5 million shillings last week and asked to report to court today, honoured the bail conditions and showed up today.
His lawyers presented a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) before court stating that what had happened between them had been amicably resolved and that there was no issue at all.
Court will be looking into the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that Leila and SKM submitted today and a decision will be reached soon.
Makindye Chief Magistrate, Richard Mafabi, adjourned the case to January 12th, 2016 when the parties will learn on whether it’s been dismissed or otherwise.
