Dancehall artiste Sizzaman Kayemba shocked viewers of NTV The Beat music show yesterday after he said that fellow musician Eddy Kenzo didn’t win a BET Award because of singing.
While appearing on the show, Sizzaman kept saying that Ugandan artistes are still lagging behind and should focus on becoming successful and win International awards like Nigerian artistes. This forced the host of the show Douglas to inform him that we already have artistes like Eddy Kenzo who won the first BET Award in East Africa. Sizzaman responded disclosing that Kenzo didn’t win a BET award because of singing indicating that he just “bought the likes”.
The Angella star further added that Diamond Platinumz is the best in East Africa and his music shows that he is talented.
