Musician Serena Bata has revealed that his husband and music promoter Sipapa is alive and well.
This after photos emerged online showing the promoter in an appalling state. According to the photos shared by musician Jose Chameleone, Sipapa appears unconscious as he is carried onto a police truck.
The “Wale Wale” singer accused Sipapa of being a burglar who has for long terrorized different Kampala suburbs as he noted that his “40 days as a thief had finally come to an end”.
“Sipapa terrorized Prince Charles avenue Kololo and should put effort to prove me wrong. I was your friend and never knew you break into people’s houses for a living. He was almost killed for breaking into Jalal Elachkar House at 3am, and Bob Kabonero’s house some day,” he posted online.
Serena Bata has come out to defend his husband and dismissed the accusations.
“If Chameleone says that Sipapa is a burglar, the question is how did Chameleone know that Sipapa is a burglar?? Unless he’s a burglar too,” she quizzed.
“Let me make this clear to the world that my husband, Sipapa is well and kicking,” she added.
