The Singleton, a renowned single malt whisky brand, is set to host an unforgettable night filled with incredible flavours and a touch of intrigue, dubbed ‘The Dinner in the Dark.’

The Dinner in the Dark is slated for this Thursday, December 19th, at The Emin Pasha Hotel & Spa, in Nakasero. Dinner in the Dark is a one-of-a-kind sensory dining experience designed to awaken any palate.

Guests will be blindfolded as they experience a multi-course journey through flavours and textures. This will be heightened by the immersive transformation of the venue into a lush equatorial forest, complete with natural scents and sounds.

“Dinner in the Dark is a unique concept that celebrates fine cuisine, sensory exploration, and exceptional whisky pairings. It will be a sensory journey, pairing exquisite cuisine with the smooth richness of Singleton whisky. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable experience with food lovers,” said Christine Kyokunda, the Singleton Brand Manager.

Come Thursday, guests should look forward to enjoy a pre-dinner virtual reality journey through a mystical forest, followed by expertly curated Singleton cocktails. Each course crafted by Kenya’s Chef Raphael will feature locally sourced ingredients, as well as whisky-infused dishes, offering a fusion of tradition and innovation.

To be part of this memorable evening, attendees shall pay Shs 300K per head, while those planning to attend in groups shall pay Shs 1m for a table of four, while a corporate table of six is going for Shs 2.5m.
