Earlier this month, a fan of Miguel said that when she met up with the singer at a bar, he pulled her breast out of her shirt without her consent. Thursday, TMZ caught up with the “Adorn” crooner at LAX where he brushed off the woman’s story as a mere cry for attention.
“I think we’re just in a time where […] people are really looking for attention in the wrong ways,” he said. “It’s kind of sad actually […] You’ve always got to be more aware of how things can be and how things can be spun. It’s a crazy time.”
When asked if there was some truth to the woman’s story, Miguel told the paparazzi “it’s not even worth answering.” A University of New Mexico student claims that after taking a picture with him at a club, the Wildheart singer allegedly reached his hand down her top with a grin and exposed her chest.
When the story first broke out, Miguel’s girlfriend came to his defense saying, “Why respond to clownfoolery? That’s what she wants.”
