Local musicians have since realised the need to have a formal education, and many are putting academics before their music. Among these is musician Ronald Maro.
Singer Maro will soon be a proud degree holder after it’s conferred upon him at Makerere University’s 65th graduation ceremony which will take place tomorrow (21st Jan).
Singer Maro will be graduating with a Bachelors degree in Development Studies. The “Mubbi Bubbi” singer could not hide his excitement at the achievement and was even seen posing around in his graduation gown. Maro is also planning to hold a graduation party to celebrate the milestone with his family and friends.
