Medics in Mulago hospital have released a post-mortem report which indicates that singer AK47’s death was primarily caused by drugs.

The report shows that Emmanuel Mayanja was excessively intoxicated at the time of his death, something they believe could have contributed to the singer’s loss of his stand point thus falling down in Dejavu bar washrooms where he is said to have hit his head on the ground.

The doctors further indicated that this might have caused internal bleeding leading to fast flowing of the blood into the brain since his vessels were very active because of the drugs thus leading to his death.

It should be noted that the police had earlier found bits of Marijuana at the bar premises where the singer was chilling with his colleagues earlier on the fateful day.
