Local musician Abdul Mulaasi is on police’s wanted list over fraud. The singer allegedly connived with his young brother to fraudulently secure travel documents to India.
According to reports, Abdul Mulaasi after failing to pass for his VISA application to India hired his young brother to sit in for him.
Abdul’s young brother is said to have been arrested at the Indian Embassy after he was found in possession of Abdul’s passport along with that of Yasin Senteza, who he claims set him up after his elder brother(Abdul Mulaasi) paid him to help him with his VISA application. However, when he was arrested, his accomplices apparently abandoned him.
Wandegeya Police is now looking for Abdul Mulaasi along with Senteza.
