Social media is awash with condolences of the late Ruthie Precious Bushaija who was killed in an accident. The details of the accident hadn’t been clear by press time. Ruthie was a senior four student from Mengo SS and had passed through City Parents. Her sudden yet saddening passing has shocked many. Her friends and well-wishers have voiced their tear-laced condolences about the passing of Ruthie.
“She was young and innocent. May she RIP,” they said. It was tragic. Unbelievable and had to take in. A close friend of hers recounted the last moments with Ruthie. “I remember you told me that your dad had come to pick you. You waved me goodbye,” she narrated.
It is sadder bearing the fact that Ruthie was in good health, flashing her usual iconic and cute smile. She was like a blossoming flower, full of innocence and fun. She was a kind soul. Sad, she is gone. Forever.
Among the people who voiced their shock was Power FM’s Beck Nantale who was enveloped in shock as the body of Ruthie was wheeled in Watoto Church for the requiem service.
Questions have been asked about the mysterious death of the young and beautiful, Ruthie, with a hashtag #WhoKilledRuthie. She will be laid to rest on Friday 7th August in her ancestral home in Rutooma, Kashari district.
