Ever since she hit her sweet 18, the amazing Sheilah Gashumba, daughter to Frank Gashumba seems to be taking on quantum leaps in life. One of those leaps is the Miss Rwanda beauty pageant which Sheilah will co-emcee with Mc Lion Manzi at Petit Stade Remera in Kigali, Rwanda.
The happy Sheilah couldn’t hide her excitement and she had this to say;
