In regards to what seemed like a bitter separation between musician Rickman Manrick and pencil thin influencer Sheilah Gashumba, Rickman has come out to clear the air, stating that there is no bad blood between him and his ex lover and even till this day, they are friends, just like they used to be before they decided to date.
During an exclusive interview with Galaxy TV, Rickman emphasized the fact that Sheila Gashumba has never been his enemy considering the fact that she has never done anything life threatening to him and he too has never done anything terrible to her.
“I am friends with Sheila Gashumba. There is no bad blood between us. We were friends way back before we even started dating so after we called it quits we went back to being friends. Sheila has never been my enemy.” He said.
According to Rickman, even their businesses are in close range. He further stated that even if he needs something and he is sure Sheila can do it for him, he would never hesitate to ask her for help and in return,he would never hesitate to render her help when she needs it.
“As you have seen, her shop is right outside and my barber shop is right here. Our businesses are close by and if at all there is anything I need and I know Sheila Gashumba is able to do it for me, I can always reach out to her. In the same spirit, if there is anything Sheila needs she can reach out to me.” He said.
Rickman emphasized that even if they do not talk on a daily, they are still on talking terms and there are no ill feelings harbored between them.
“We may not talk as often as we did before but that does not mean we hate each other. We talk once in a while and we are not estranged like everyone believes.” He said.
Well, everything good can always come to an end and that is exactly what happened with the relationship between Sheila and Rickman, whom everyone believed to be end game but just like a new chapter begins when one closes, the pair seems to have put everything in the past behind them and if Rickman Manrick’s words are anything to go by, the two ex lovers are not estranged, but rather friends.
