Sheilah Gashumba has found herself at the center of controversy, with some branding her a sex trafficker. The accusations followed a Snapchat post where she advertised one of her exclusive bar events, sparking a heated debate on among netizens.
Sheilah’s post revealed special incentives for high-spending clients. According to her, patrons who purchase tables worth Shs 25 million or Shs 12 million would be treated to the company of two international girls for entertainment.
“Anyone buying 25m and 12m table will have 2 international girls to entertain them!! That’s why we call it big spenders assembly!!!” she wrote.
She went further, offering to fly in “sexy girls” from around the world for private parties upon request. “If you want new sexy girls to fly in for your parties, book me and let me know. I fly girls in from across the world for our biggest spenders,” Sheilah added.
As soon as the post went viral, critics accused Sheilah of exploiting young women under the guise of providing employment. Many claimed her actions bordered on human trafficking.
“In a serious system, with this information, Sheilah Gashumba would be behind bars. Isn’t this human trafficking, you people?” one social media user commented.
Another went as far as labeling her the “female Diddy,” a reference to controversial allegations often linked to the American music mogul.
However, Sheilah also found defenders online. Some argued that the women involved are adults who make their own decisions. “These are mature girls. Nobody is forcing them to do anything,” one supporter noted.
