Sheilah Gashumba Battling Depression because of Social Media Bullying

She may be all smiles and dances, acting like everything is going to God’s plan but deep down, the pencil-thin hustler is not having the best of days. Sheilah Gashumba, daughter to motor-mouth Frank Gashumba is battling a smiling depression.

According to Healthline: “Smiling depression” is a term for someone living with depression on the inside while appearing perfectly happy or content on the outside. Their public life is usually one that’s “put together,” maybe even what some would call normal or perfect.

Sheilah today revealed that she was cracking deep within following constant social media bullying. “If it weren’t for God’s Plan, she would have already committed suicide. She feels empty, like as though the world will never accept her. Deep within her, is an innocent girl crying out to the whole world, wanting just some love, some appreciation,” a former boyfriend revealed.

Another friend, a one Mya says; “Sheilah grew up on too much attention. She was raised to please other people. She was raised to seek attention. You know, you start off your childhood on TV. You are used to people saying that is a great show. You live for feedback. Then comes social media and the bullies can’t stop. She is hurting.”

Sheilah today has threatened to reveal how different gossip presenters especially Tina Fierce of Urban TV have been trying to extort money from her. Apparently this is how journalists are making ends meet. They attack you so that you bribe them to stop. “Many celebrities are prisoners to these journalists. If you don’t fund their lifestyle, they will use their show to attack you,” Mya notes.

To Sheilah Gashumba, we hope she can overcome her smiling depression.
