Young socialite Sheila Gashumba is still keen on demanding justice after she revealed that her life and career have been ruined by Scoop on Scoop programme presenter on Urban TV presenter, Christine Karungi (Tina Fierce).
To smoothen her demands, Sheila and boyfriend, Gods Plan have now opted to have the entire ruckus with Tina footed in courts of law.
According to the letter of ‘Intention to sue’ that Sheila and God’s Plan have paraded on their respective social handles, their lawyers ‘Balondemu Company & Advocates’ have addressed it to Ms. Christine Karungi alias Tina Fierce, care of Vision Group, Kampala Uganda.
They note that Tina on several occasions with wanton disregard to their client’s rights maliciously attacked them through her Television programme called Scoop on Scoop which airs on Urban Television every Monday to Friday as copies of the said attacks are attached and collectively marked as ‘A’.
Her aforesaid deliberate attacks do not only contain untrue scandalous and harmful propaganda against their said clients but as well additionally on all fours defys minimum broadcasting and media standards.
Because of the aforesaid uncouth content transmitted both in print and electronic media against the personalities of their clients by Tina, their clients have gone through untold mental suffering, rebuke, and aguish owing to the fact that the said publications have continuously lowered their reputation within the estimation of right-thinking members of society.
They also demand that Tina should immediately issue an apology retracting all the false stories perpetuated by yourself against Sheila and boyfriend Gods Plan.
Additionally, they ask her to compensate the victims with a sum of UGX. 400,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Four Hundred Million) for the suffering caused to them courtesy of her reckless utterances within 14days from now.
They further warn that should Tina fail to meet the above set strings, the law firm will commence court proceedings against her.
