Venting her dissatisfaction, she revealed that she endured three days without electricity at her Munyonyo residence.
This inconvenience led her to resort to charging her phone from a neighbor’s kiosk, emphasizing the impact of UMEME’s service failure on her daily life.
The incident highlights a broader issue faced by many Ugandans who have long been calling for UMEME to improve its services and provide consistent, uninterrupted power.
