Singing Diva Sheebah Karungi has finally come up to react to the recently passed anti-pornography law as critics pointed out that she was one of the artistes to suffer most from this law because of her provocative dressing and dancing in her music videos.
While appearing on a national television over the weekend, Sheebah revealed that she has to dress in costume as a musician for every stage performance.
“Musically speaking, I dress nude because it’s my brand and only do it for the sake of making my videos attractive. I have never gone a normal function or church when I’m half naked,” said Sheebah.
She added that music is a profession with its own dynamics and dressing half naked is one of them as she concluded.
It should be recalled that government passed the anti-pornography law last month that outlaws anything that shows private parts of a person such as breasts, thighs, buttocks or any erotic behavior intended to cause sexual excitement or any indecent act or behavior tending to corrupt morals among other things.
