Musician Sheebah Karungi has responded to claims by a section of the public that she had copied Ziza Bafana’s Tuli Majje concept and used it for her Kisasi Kimu video.
Speaking in an interview, the Team No Sleep singer said that she didn’t do any such thing. She also noted that she has lots of respect for Ziza, expects him to do his own thing and she does hers.
“I was inspired by Ziza Bafana, I love Tuli Majje and I have even told have told him this before. I respect this guy and don’t expect him to do anything. I can do my thing and he will do his thing. It’s like giving birth and bringing up your child the way you want,” she revealed.
During the same interview, Sheebah also aired her frustration with the media who have done all possible to bring her down. She said that the media is doing bad things and it has gotten to a point where she cannot take it anymore and has to speak out. “Sometimes I choose to ignore, but some media people just keep selling trash to millions of people about me. I had to speak to them in this song,” she added.
