Rema Namakula recently revealed that Sheebah Karungi is her best friend in the music industry after she designed her in her new video. Although most of her fans doubted that Sheebah would take time off her busy schedule just to make Rema look beautiful, the Twesana singer confirmed in an interview that she actually did it because she likes Rema just as much.
Sheebah said that she made the singer look good in her Kirungi video because she has a lot of respect for her. She said; “When an artiste approaches me out of respect, I pay back. I don’t mind Rema looking beautiful because it can’t take away from me. She called me and said she wanted to look different in her video. I went downtown to look for clothes and even went to my stylist. I think she would look good like the Jordan Sparks of Uganda.”
We wish to see more artistes like Sheebah and Rema working together not as competitors but as people who have respect for one another.
