Sensational female singer, Sheebah Karungi is among millions of Ugandan women who are currently capped in jubilation after bagging a more top positions in the new cabinet.

H.E YK Museveni announced the new cabinet on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 that saw women walk away with 8 out of 10 most top positions.
These include; Hon. Jessica Alupo (Maj. Rtd) as the Vice President, Hon. Robinah Nabanjja – Prime Minister and Leader of Government Business in Parliament, Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga – 1st Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community, among others.
Taking it to her social media, the ‘Boy Fire’ singer shared her excitement as she applauded fellow women for having taken the preeminent offices in the government.
Sheebah is also hopeful that women are more than capable to deliver the best services in the country.
“Watch & See What Happens When Women Are Given The Right Seats At The Table. Am So Here For This, Told You, The Future Is Female of Uganda. CONGRATULATIONS QUEENS,” Sheebah wrote.
Over the years, Sheebah has expressed herself as a staunch feminist.
She aims at defining and establishing the political, economic, personal, and social equality of the sexes especially for the female.
In 2020, the Team No Sleep singer launched her own company, Sheebah Establishments with a bigger vision of supporting women around the world through different avenues in the company.
Under this company, Sheebah has often provided free sanitary pads (Holic Pads) to millions of girls in schools to undergo their menstrual cycle without having to worry about anything bad happening to them.
