Sheebah Karungi has come out strongly to address long-standing rumours suggesting she has been paying bloggers and influencers to discredit fellow singer Spice Diana.

Speaking during a media briefing ahead of her much-anticipated #TheReturnOfTheQueen concert set for August 22nd at Serena Hotel, the former TNS star made it clear that she has never attacked any female artist — directly or indirectly.
“I have never been in anyone’s studio or called any blogger to write negatively about another artist. I swear down,” Sheebah stated passionately.
The award-winning performer emphasized that her focus has always been on her music and empowering women, not tearing them down.
“I’ve never paid anyone to fight Spice Diana,” she added. “Even if I paid 100 bloggers to abuse her, it wouldn’t change the fact that she’s a great artist. Nothing can take that away from her.”
The remarks come after years of speculation about a silent rivalry between the two female powerhouses in Uganda’s music industry — a narrative fueled by fanbases and social media gossip.
With her upcoming concert just weeks away, Sheebah seems determined to clear the air and shift the spotlight back to what truly matters: her music and legacy.
