Sheebah Celebrates Fans After Winning Afrimma Award

Ugandan music is going places if we are to go by the recently concluded AFRIMMA awards where our very own artists ,Eddy Kenzo,Ykee Benda and Sheebah won awards for Best Male East Africa,Best New Comer and Best Female East Africa respectively.

Sheebah who took home the award for Best Female East Africa beat out fellow Ugandan artists, Juliana Kanyomozi, Rema Namakula and Leila Kayondo plus Victoria Kimani from Kenya, Vanessa MDee from Tanzania, Knowles Butera from Rwanda, Akothee from Kenya, Nandi from Tanzania, and Rwandan duo Charly n Nina.

The excited singer took to social media to flaunt the award and thank her fans for the overwhelming support. She wrote, “#BestFemaleEastAfrica Thank You afrimma_Sheebaholics ,I Appreciate Your Efforts So Much! Thank you For Voting My Loves!! This Is For You. With Love,Queen  Sheebah”

Sheebah is currently at the top of her game with her latest single ,”Wankona” topping Ugandan music charts .
