Selena Gomez has reportedly been subpoenaed to testify at her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber’s upcoming trial.
The singer is expected to give evidence in the lawsuit against Bieber filed by photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran, who claims the singer punched and kicked him.
The photographer was thought to be trying to take photos of Bieber with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez in California in 2012.
Duran has claimed that Gomez was present during the alleged assault, and has filed papers asking her to speak under oath about what occurred, reports TMZ.
He filed a civil assault and battery case against Bieber in 2013, and is seeking damages after the Los Angeles District Attorney declined to press charges over the incident.
