US city based Ugandan upcoming Facebook celebrity, Julia Kawalya, who recently went a reconstructive surgery to to raise her Buttocks and hips has shared a new photo of her perfect body after surgery.
Julia decreased her waistline in order to look more feminine. She has unveiled her new figure in a stunning red dress with the Ugandan flag in the background of the shot.
According to our source, Kate Nambi, Julia was heard telling friends she is so happy with her new body and now what is left for her is to get a nose reduction.
Things seem to be going pretty well for Julia as she also showed off her million dollar apartment in New York City.
According to Kate, Julia was recently in a bitter exchange with her ‘ssenga’ Lydia Nabatuusa whose figure she dissed. She told ‘ssenga’ to go get surgery to achieve her looks instead of hating.
