VipersSC Vipers hope to maintain lead as Youngster Junior Yunus Sentamu will be hoping to knock in some goals this evening to help his SC Vipers side maintain their lead on the log.

They face Express FC at their Kitende Stadium.

Sentamu, who was the star for the Uganda Cranes team at the 2014 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) with three goals, scored early this week in a knock out Uganda Cup and hopes to continue with the goals today.

“I think I feel fresh and in shape to do well and score the goals that will help my team win this League title,” said Sentamu.

Coach Edward Golola’s SC Vipers are top of the log at 37 points, one ahead of URA FC. The revenue side will also have chance to go ahead of SC Vipers if they manage a win away to army side Simba, while Vipers suffer defeat or draw.

Simba Coach Fred Kajoba told MTNFootball.com that they are well prepared and will make URA FC’s work very hard. “We are in 11th place and need to improve by winning games,” said Kajoba.

In the other games on card, Kiira Young will take on Coach Livingstone Mbabazi’s Bright Stars, while Police battle Proline FC.

Uganda’s most decorated club SC Villa will take on Bidco FC in what promises to be a thriller, while bottom placed CRO host Masaka LC.
