Sports Club Villa’s Spanish coach, Antonio Flores was escorted off Kavumba Recreational ground by security personnel after being attacked by furious fans following the Blue’s 2-1 loss to Soana FC in the Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) yesterday.
Patrick Asiku and Allan Kayiwa were on target for the hosts while Robert Achema came through with the consolation for the visitors as Soana saw off the Jogoos.
Villa have now lost two games in a row, leaving them just a place above the bottom three with eight points from seven games while Soana rose to 4th place on the log with 14 points, level with the second and third placed KCCA and Vipers respectively.
