TV star Robin Kisti has come out fuming after Samsung turned down her request for a new phone. She posted:
“I am so pissed off right now at @samsung mobile. i have been a loyal customer of your brand and invested a lot of money in my phones which always ended up getting stolen but i still went out and bought another Samsung Galaxy. In Africa those phones cost millions but we save up and buy them. 2 weeks ago i bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge from Best buys in the USA, which cost me 700 dollars…
Unfortunately the phone slipped from the bed and fell in my daughters bathtub for less than 30sec coz i grabbed that thing so fast i nearly dropped my baby!
I called them and they told me to send back the phone and they will repair it but i was so disappointed when i received a call and they were telling me that the phone cant be repaired because of liquid damage.. i feel like you at least owed me a lil sympathy. Will one replacement break the bank or run you bankrupt?”
