Alot has been going on in the comedy Industry of late. Battles for supremacy and who controls where and how was the very reason comedy groups split up, leading to the formation of now people’s favorite laftaz group.
Despite the break up, for the matter of doing business, some comedians usually cross from one side to the other for gigs but as guest comedians.
However, the comedian in question Salvado, has been accused several times for advertising other comedians for his shows at Labonita without their consent and these include; Pablo, Kapale among others.
Salvado still seems to be making that mistake again of putting comedians affiliated to other groups in his adverts and mentions.
In this regard, Laftaz shareholder and comedian Bright Onak sent a disclaimer to Salvado informing him that he is not aware of the shows that he is advertising him for. He informed us that Salvado has been using him in the mentions advertising his Wednesday show without his knowledge and yet he will be performing in Kigali come Wednesday.
“I have no idea of the Wednesday show but never the less, am a comedian and share holder at Latfaz so if am to perform at Salvado’s show, I do it as a guest and therefore my mentions should not be used to promote his shows” said Bright Onak.
Meanwhile Bright will be boarding off to Kigali for a comedy show that will be hosted in Kigali Theater on Wednesday 28th this month.
