Comedian Patrick Idringi Salvado is well known as one of the heavy drinkers in the city. This was affirmed a few days ago at the selection of the Red Card Campaign ambassador under the theme “don’t Drink and Drive” when someone in the audience suggested his name causing everyone in the building to laugh out sarcastically.
Salvado could not agree any less with the crowd as he went on to admit to his heavy drinking saying; “When UBL was having the meeting to choose the Red Card (Don’t drink and drive) ambassador, someone in the meeting suggested my name.. The whole room burst out laughing.. The guy called me to say he tried to suggest my name and people laughed.. I also laughed coz Riyale that would be the most hypocritical selection if I was chosen… I’m not saying I drink then drive.. I’m just saying ahem”
Meanwhile, Swangz Avenue singer and fast rising female star Irene Ntale was named the UBL ambassador for the Red Card “Don’t drink and drive” Campaign.
