Uganda Revenue Authority FC duo, Saidi Kyeyune and Yasser Mugerwa are off to South Africa where they are set to undergo trials in a bid to join South Africa giants Orlando Pirates.
Saidi Kyeyune and Yasser Mugerwa left for South Africa yesterday morning according to information from the Tax Collectors camp.
“The dual left for South Africa this morning (yesterday) aboard South African Airlines at 07:15am for a two weeks trial with South Africa’s PSL Orlando Pirates. Kyeyune Saidi and Mugerwa Yasser joins Kalanda Frank who left for South Africa on Sunday 05th July 2015 for trials with PSL Free States Stars,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.
Orlando Pirates eliminated URA from last season’s CAF Confederations Cup on a 4-3 aggregate after two legs. Under the charges of Alex Isabirye, URA lost the first leg by 2-1 during their trip to South Africa before a 2-2 draw in Kampala at Namboole.
