Jinja based side Sadolin Paints Football Club held league leaders Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club to a one-all draw in a game played on Wednesday evening at Bugembe Stadium.
Striker Geoffrey Sserunkuma scored a 10th minute strike to give the visitors a lead as he raised his personal tally to nine goals in a highly contested encounter.
The Mike Mutebi-coached side did well to hold onto their lead until halftime but also missed some close opportunities to double it with misses from Sserunkuma and Derrick Nsibambi.
On return for the second half, Hakim Ssenkumba paved way for Vincent Kayizzi but three minutes into the half, Norman Ojik netted to level matters for the home side.
The result leaves the Kasasiro Boys top of the 16-team log with 32 points after fourteen games while the Painters also remained 10th with 17 points.
