The celebrated corporate emcee and KFM presenter is said to have proposed to his girlfriend, Sheeba Nasali, whom he has been dating for awhile now.
Roger Mugisha reportedly made his intentions known on a getaway trip to Kalangala islands he had organized for the lover. He continued to pleasantly surprise the girlfriend when he popped the big question. Sheeba apparently said yes, and could not hide her excitement as she went on to proclaim her love for Roger in the sand.
