Striker Robert Ssentongo has set his targets on former bosses of Sports Club Villa to end his goal drought when his side Kampala Capital City Authority FC host their city rivals on Tuesday evening at Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

The four time league top scorer was part of the Jogoo squad that won the Kagame Cup in 2005 in Mwanza, Tanzania.

“I have been through dry spells before but I know when to pop up again and open the floodgates again. I’m targeting the Villa game to stop that bad run,” the striker who for the last three games has been coming off the bench remarked.

Ssentongo who last scored nearly two months ago in his side’s victory over Express FC is part of the long list of players at the Lugogo based camp that have had a stint with the Jogoos. These include Ronald Musana, team skipper Denis Okot, Isaac Muleme, Isaac Kirabira, Hakim Ssenkumba, Benjamin Ochan, Kaddu Badru, Lawrence Kasadha, Paul Musamali and Coach Mike Ray Mutebi who have all been at Villa Park before and will now be turning their guns against their former bosses.

On the other hand, goalie Yasin Mugabi will also be looking forward to face off with his former employers of KCCA.
