With every passing day, new talent emerges in the Ugandan music industry. A new hip-hop kid has emerged and he describes himself as its savior.
Hop X, real name Katongole James, is a new breed of HipHop whose style will leave you impressed. The 18-year-old rapper dreams of representing Uganda on all famous music charts like Billboard, Spotify chart, apple music chart , sound cloud and more . “I want to also represent Uganda in all international awards,” he reveals.
Hop X completed his senior six at Molly and Paul high school and then decided to venture into music. He has done songs like Trap, Life style, Twerk it and says more are still coming.
“I am also a business person and I run an iPhone store in Kampala,” he further noted.
