Germany based Ugandan singer Richie Katts is set to legalise and officially marry long time lover and friend Cisse Kumba. Katts and Cisse have for a long time had an on and off relationship. Kumba Cisse is sister to former miss Uganda Salma Nassanga.
We have also received information that the pair met in UK last week where Katts proposed to Cisse and they went ahead to have a dinner to celebrate it.
The two are said to be planning on a civil marriage later this year in Uganda.
