Musician Richie Kats to be laid to rest on Friday

Musician Richard Kato Pryan aka Richie Kats will be laid to rest on Friday at his ancestral home in Jinja.

This was announced at a requiem service which was held today at Vision for Africa in Kiyunga, Mukono district.

Talking on behalf of the family members, Patrick Pryan Waswa said that they have lost a very influential person and he will be dearly missed.

“Richie Kats was a very humble person and were are going to miss him very much,” he said.

Among the people who came for the prayers was celebrated fashion designer Kim Swagga and Pastor Wilson Bugembe.

The burial will take place in Kikondo, Ntogoro in Jinja at midday at the Vision for Africa cemetery.
