South Africa based Ugandan business and Rich Gang boss Ivan Ssemwanga has been implicated in a water theft scandal. Ivan has apparently been stealing water, but his luck finally ran out today.

This was after officials from National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) stormed his residence in Muyenga following a tip off where they unearthed an illegal water connection.

According to NWSC, it is such customers who steal water that deny many deserving customers a right to safe clean water.
