The latest news reaching our desk indicate that one of the Rich Gang members Edwin Kyeyune also known as Ed Cheune was deported from South Africa last week.

The South African government deported over 50 Ugandans for lack of proper documents that saw even Ed Cheune leave the Madiba land leaving his fellow Rich Gang colleagues Ivan Semwanga and King Lawrence behind.

However, it is said that Ed Cheune’s deportation was geared by his South African wife who reported him to the authorities after he divorced her and yet the pair had already produced two kids together.

Other notable individuals that have been deported from South Africa alongside Ed Cheune include Phina Mugerwa’s ex-husband Ken Muyisa and Dumba who was close to former Miss Uganda Ellah the last time they were here for holidays in December last year.
