Cranes coach Micho Sredojevic will not be going for revenge when Uganda face Rwanda in an international friendly on Thursday.
It will be the first time Micho is coming up against Rwanda since the marriage between the two subjects ended in April.
Like his Cranes predecessor Bobby Williamson, Micho was relieved of his duties as Rwanda’s coach after a run of poor World Cup qualifying results.
But the 44-year-old Serbian insists all is well between him and the Amavubi and will not be looking to revenge at Namboole on Saturday.
“Revenge is not in my plans,” Micho told SuperSport.com, adding, “Life happened, life continues.
“What I know is I remain a friend of Rwanda and they are my friends. I know them; I know what they can do. I (also) know our boys (Ugandans).
“I know Rwanda are preparing for Cecafa and 2015 Africa Cup of Nations and we are preparing for Cecafa and Chan. So, fans can come expecting a great game of football.”
Micho has been in charge of 10 games since taking over in May, winning five and losing as many.
