Songbird Rema Namakula has been dealt a major blow ahead of her upcoming concert.
The “Yo Sweet” singer who was planning to hold a mega concert at Hotel Africana parking space on May 5th this year has been forced to change her plans. This comes after the hotel management decided to stop hosting outdoor events.
According to media reports, the hotel management halted holding outdoor events following a directive from the city authorities over noise pollution.
Dubbed “Rema Live Concert”, the show now hangs in balance with Rema yet to decide on the way forward.
Meanwhile, Rema had already kicked off rehearsals ahead of the upcoming show. She was also set to hold a music tour in Europe starting mid April to serve as a buildup to her upcoming mega concert.
