The fine vocalist solo singer Rehma Namakula alias Rema who held her maiden concert at Hotel Equotorial Parking on the Friday of 18th October has come out to thank her fans for the great attendance and the much love shown by her fans.
In her own words, “I cannot put into writing what your presence last night offered to me, most importantly to my music journey. You are the basis of all this and it was a distinct honour to be in receipt of your service last night.”
She further added, “I have previously attended and performed on many concerts for different artists and big events where I witnessed a mob turn up of people not knowing that my turn was knocking on my door. I’m sure my mentors and family loved the fact that my concert could be honoured in such a way and the respect that all of you showed when I whispered to you that I had a concert on 18 Oct 2013 at Equatorial parking. Thank you for the applause, I really cherish it.”
She concluded saying, “The love that you showed will not be forgotten and was a great tribute to my music journey. You made me realize that no matter what they say, “Yes I Can.” Thank You So Much, Namakula Rehema.”
