Reggae star Anthony B excited about the Kampala Reggae Fest

Jamaican Reggae singer Anthony B has expressed excitement about the much anticipated Kampala Reggae Fest slated for this Saturday at Legends, Lugogo.

While addressing media on Thursday, the “Real Warriors” star revealed that he was excited to be in Uganda for the first time and promised fans an exhilarating concert.

“Music is a weapon I use to influence, inspire and also entertain audiences,” he stated. “This concert will be about music, love and togetherness.”

“I will make you jump and sweat til you are tired of standing on your feet. That is what my shows are always like.” He added.

The Kampala Reggae Fest which is aimed at celebrating the Reggae culture and art in Uganda will also feature performances from local reggae artistes led by Bebe Cool.

Speaking about the reggae fete, Bebe Cool said that, “I grew up looking up to Anthony B, and I am now going to share stage with him. It is a great honour to be part of this history.”

The concert is being organised by Rasta Light Entertainment in partnership with Legends Bar and Nile Special. Tickets are already on sale at 20K(ordinary), 50K(VIP) and 100K(VVIP).
